M/S Vision Engg. & Casting maintains strict non-disclosure protocols regarding client blueprints, 3D models, and proprietary casting specifications.

2. Data Collection

We collect essential business contact data only for contract fulfillment, logistics, and regulatory compliance. We do not sell or trade partner information.

3. Security

Our digital infrastructure is protected against unauthorized access to safeguard intellectual property shared during the RFQ process.

4. Statutory Compliance

Client data is stored as per the IT laws of India and internal corporate governance policies.

Terms & Conditions

A. Quality Acceptance

Components are manufactured to agreed tolerances. Inspection must be performed within 7 business days of delivery at the client site.

B. Intellectual Property

All molds and patterns developed by Vision Engg. & Casting remain our property unless otherwise specified in a separate tooling agreement.

C. Force Majeure

Delivery timelines may be adjusted due to unforeseen industrial interruptions, power grid issues, or raw material shortages beyond our control.

D. Jurisdiction

All legal matters and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
